Ended the 10 day detox. Havent been this weight in over 4 years! Doing another 10 days, at least.

Not eating at night. Doing the "Stop, Breathe, Think" technique. I have realized its all emotional, and I am trying to validate what Im feeling before diving into a box of crackers or bowl of ice cream. Im usually fine during the day, but nighttime has always been my issue.
Mini goal: Dont eat after dinner for 5 days in a row this week... and buy yourself a new pair of workout pants! :)
