Looking for a Phase 1 Buddy
the only week I gained weight was when I didn't eat enough! You have to eat often to keep your body losing. If you do that, you should lose about 4 pounds a week Smile Keep me posted on your sucess and ask if you have ANY questions. I have about 60 more pounds to lose.

Looking for a Phase 1 Buddy
Thats a great start! The book is a constant resource tool for me, but this site has great recipes too! I can share a few good ones with you! I find making egg muffins aheah of time and having on the go cottage cheese and string cheese really help me during the day. Also, I drink small V8's and skim milk if I'm still hungry. The first 3 days are tough, I'm not going to lie, but after that it will get easy and you'll have more energy!

My biggest suggestion to someone starting out is PLAN PLAN PLAN AHEAD. I find I cheat when I don't have healthy snacks in the house or when I don't make things ahead to grab Smile
