So, I'm tired of being "stuck" at this weight. I've gone down to 165, but bounce right back up for some reason. It's the plateau, it's got me trapped and I'm ready to escape! Today, I can't do much for exercise due to the fact that I bruised my tail bone 2 days ago. Still very sore and hoping it'll be better tomorrow so I can get back on the eliptical trainer soon. No gym membership here, no personal trainer. Just trying to do it on my own. Can't afford the fancy stuff. I also am a very picky eater, so I have a really hard time with the nutritional food part. Nothing green for me, that's for sure. So, I'm going to need lots of help!!!
