My weight has gone up and down for as long as I can remember. I was a chubby kid then "grew into" my weight for junior high and high school. Once I was in college is really when the roller coaster hit. I have gone from being too big at 230 to super skinny at 150 then ballooned up to 270 at my tops! I got down to a desired weight of 185 and held that for awhile, but have since gone up. For me, Weight Watchers is the key to loosing the weight. I followed it strictly and lost the weight. It really taught me to eat right. I got off and went back up. Now I am doing a "modified" WW plan taking what I have learned and applying it to normal eating.

I have been doing the flex plan on and off for about three years. I love that I can have those extra points for the times when I want to go to dinner with friends. The one thing we do is to share and entree and an appetizer instead of getting one each. It really helps. Weight Watchers really teaches you to eat right and to be able to do it without special food. Check out their cookbooks. They are really awesome.
