Haven't managed to keep the shred up this week due to work commitents but have been eating clean so small loss.. better than nothin!

Day 15 of 30 day shred. Halfway there.. Thank god! Really not enjoying level 2 still struggling & woke up with aches and pains today for first time since I started.. Strangely motivating though as if its not hurting its not working. Had to restart my weight as last set of scales were broken, heavier than I thought I was in the beginning which isn't encouraging but at least the readings will be correct now.
I've eaten quite well today & have been productive with work and housework which is always good. The weekend is fast approaching once more but at least there will be no alcohol or takeaways. Theres the possibility of eating out somewhere nice but I will choose as healthy as I can.. grease free lol.

Day 14 of 30 day shred. Think I messed up the good I was doing before since I had 2 chippys on Sunday and a hell of alot of alcohol on Saturday. Followed by working Monday & Tuesday at a house where there is just too much tea coffee cake and chocolate on offer and you feel inclined to take it. Looking in the mirror I look back to where I was before I started. Funny how thats all it takes to put you right back :(
As far as exercising goes I have been squeezing it in but level 2 of the shred is just deadly. Its really hard to motivate myself to do it and I'm really struggling still despite having done this level 4 times now. In comparison to level 1, by day 4 I was starting to find it easier.
Back to healthy eating as much as possible for the rest of the week and next, hopefully it makes a difference again. I would like to see a drop on the scales but it hasnt come yet.... god this is hard!!

Day 10 of 30 day shred (done twice today). Level 1 complete. Starting level 2 tomorrow. Felt good earlier but on a bit of a downer tonight, not feeling great. Its hard to not want results straight away, and even though I've had small results in 10 days, I cant physically see a difference which is annoying considering the work I'm putting in.
Its the other half's birthday party this weekend, and I know all the alcohol is going to ruin my entire week of 'dieting'. Ughh the thought of trying to make myself look nice and trying to find clothes that fit... Going to have to work extra hard next week but how can I when every night I am so hungry and end up eating?!?!
Patience and perseverance is the answer, but man its hard!!
