today, i woke up not so hungry. the reason could be the fact that i ate a huge ass burger king meal last night because i knew i was starting fresh today. when i woke up, i had the rest of a bottle of mistic peach and carrot juice. and right now, i just finished eating a lean cuisine. i wasnt really that hungry for it but i ate it anyway cuz i knew i needed some food in my system.

for the past 2 days, ive had holiday tea cookies in the office and i would snack on them regularly. there was no way i could resist. and its so weird that i thought of them now, and thought "if those cookies were still there, i'd eat some" and thank God they're not or else it would ruin my day of eating healthy. so now i know FOR SURE to just not buy junk food snacks. the only snack i have here are fruit cups, jellos, and these DELICIOUS slim fast chocolate snack bars that i love so much to fix my choc. crave if i ever get one.

i feel good. i hope to lose this weight by at least christmas. thanksgiving even more. but i know its in 2 weeks and thats not gonna happen unless i stave myself lol. im only gonna do half my calorie intake everyday. hopefully it will speed things up a little.

So i started off my day so well... until i went to publix and saw the holiday tea cookies! i bought the box.. since I own an art school and they're kids coming in and out, i was gonna treat them to some cookies today. i know im not gonna eat them all... just a little while ago i had some cookies... ok i had 12! haha. and when i went to enter the cookies in my food diary, i checked how many calories they were... for 2 cookies its 150cal.!!!!

and i had twelve!!! thats 900 cal!! 75cal. for one super small cookie.
now its 3:45pm and i went over my daily calorie intake. NEVER AGAIN! im never gonna waste another 75 calories on a small ass tea cookie... no matter how much i love them. ok when im skinny i can waste the couple calories lol. but wow this sucks... now i refuse to have dinner since i already passed my calorie limit.

JUST SAY NO PEOPLE!!... at pulix i bought some more jello, my fav. mandarine oranges fruit cups, so lean cuisine boxes that i love so much, and my love-> smart ones cookie dough sundaes. SCORE! i'll do alot better tomorrow since i know just how valuable my calories are.
see, i was excited to have my lean cuisine 4 cheese pizza 2nite and i cant have it.. but what a good was to learn from my mistakes. AND IT WAS A BAD MISTAKE!!
