Still not completely back on track yet. But I do not want to give up because I saw some great results last week. I know I can do this.

Yesterday and today weren't the greatest eating days. I DID stop when I was beginning to feel full, but I didn't make the best choices. Then tonight we had chinese food and I love that, so I did enjoy my fair share. I have GOT to get back on track because I don't want to gain back the weight I just lost. Me and hubby are planning to go the the Y in the morning (he's in the Navy and has to PT 3 days a week, so I go with him).

Feel so good about myself now. I've followed Weight Watchers faithfully for a week now and I've lost 6.2 lbs. I can't believe it. Had a splurge night tonight. We had pasta salad, sauteed shrimp and scallops and "red lobster" cheddar biscuits. I had more than I should have, but its back on track tomorrow.
