I haven't been on fatsecret in so long I forgot how to use it! Does anyone know if you can connect it with fitbit like you can myfitnesspal?

Not sure how a weight got entered yesterday, but as of yesterday I just got back on Atkins. Had a great day yesterday - not headaches or body aches and I actually had a good bit of energy. Made a meatloaf last night with ground beef, eggs, cream, onion soup mix, milled flaxseed - and it was delish! had a salad to go with it and some roasted broccoli :-)

Did pretty good over the Christmas break, but now it's time to get back at it. As a family, we have decided to sugarbust! Think this will be a good choice for my family. Went shopping yesterday and got a lot of healthy no sugar snacks for the boys :-) This is similar to what I had been doing (Atkins) still no potatoes, white rice, refined wheat, sugar, but get to enjoy a little more grains. Love my oatmeal in the morning, so I'm excited about that. So, cheers, to a healthy 2012 for me and my family!
