Here is my weigh in progress picture for the week. I weighed in at 221.6. I have three ways of calculating my body fat, which I average together. I use my scale, fat loss monitor, and the US Navy Calculator. My bodyfat came up to 25.5%.
Here was my workout for the day. It was a "Pull Day" workout.
Warm-up:
Jump rope (3 x 30sec)
short sprints (3 x 30 sec)
Superset (3 sets):
vertical pulls (x 40)
inverted Rows (3 x 25)
jackknife pullups (3 x 20)
neutral pull up (5 x 5)
Cooldown:
Superset (abs): 4 sets
hanging knee raises (x20)
Pulse-Ups (x20)
stomach vacuums (1 minute)
Weigh-in:
221.6 lb
lost so far:
15.4 lb
still to go:
48.6 lb

Thank you everyone for your support and kind words. Here is my before and after of my "diabetes" journey. I hope it is an encouragement to you. My next goal that I am shooting for, is to get under 200lbs.

Good morning and happy Saturday, my friends.
Well, my deranged mind has done it again. I created a new Saturday routine for myself. Since it is, in most cases, a day off for me I either do a leg day or skip my workout altogether. Today, I kind of "rocked my boat" and came up with a HIIT routine for myself. I am reading "The Keto Reset Diet" by Mark Sisson. One of his chapters deals with including HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) into one's routine. So here was my first Saturday HIIT. #notaquitter #gogetter
Here was my routine:
Warm-up:
walk on treadmill (5 minute)
short sprints (5 x 1minute)
burpees (5 x 10)
stationary sprints (5 x 30 sec)
cooldown:
Superset (4 sets)
knee tucks (x 40)
Side Bridges (x20) each side
stomach Vaccuums (1 minute)
