FatSecret somehow deleted my last journal entry, then when I posted again from the website, but it didn’t update my weight in the app so here I am posting a third time. Normally FS’s cloud works pretty well but it’s being obnoxious right now. Anyway, I realized I haven't weighed in since July last year. I'm up to 215, mostly lean mass gains. According to the Evolt 360 I'm around 19% body fat. Pretty pleased with how things are going. Strength and muscle are up. After my current program cycle I will be focusing on getting more lean.
