So today is day 2 of my official weight-loss journey version 4.0. I am not using a diet guideline from my doctor. Right now my immediate goals are to eat breakfast, not skip meals, use a pedometer and scale, eat about 1200 cal a day, and get moving. I took my niece for a walk the last couple of days for about 30 minutes. I think I am off to an ok start. Thank-you God.
