These rules are not meant to be broken.
So I created rules for myself. Feel free to use my rules and tell me if you could come up with better ones!
I am a vegetarian so if you want to add no meat in there, do so!
1. Only eat half
2. Mineral or Normal water with every meal
3. No food after 6 only home made shakes, juice from concentrate, and of course water.
4. Keep vegetables around, it does make a difference.
5. 3-5 cups of green tea a day
6. Only 1 coffee a day.
7. Walk to places at short distance. (It's stupid to take the bus to somewhere only 5 blocks away.)
8. Get off the bus 1 stop earlier/ park farther.
9. Record everything you see on the label.
10. Avoid restaurants that don't have their nutrition information posted somewhere.
11. Make your own meals from scratch, it's cheaper and you know what is in it.
They're kind of all over the place. I will add more when I come up with more.
