I was on the Dukan Diet before and successfully lost 9 kilos. However I had to travel (5 different countries!) and move houses/hotels (9 times!) in the past 2 months so healthy eating was not possible (on the Dukan Diet you have to pretty much cook everything unless you have lots of money and can afford to dine on expensive steaks and fish/seafood in restaurants).
As I couldn't follow the diet, I kind of used it as an excuse to eat whatever I wanted as well so I ballooned to the heaviest weight I have ever been in the shortest time ever. Time to get it under control! New month, new regime...

Tomorrow morning, starting the first day of my 7 day detox.
Breakfast: Green drink
