Well, at the very least, I feel good about the fact that I tracked all of my meals today. I was also able to keep my carb count pretty low. I'm shooting for under 20 grams of carbs per day per induction, but I'm not going to freak out if I'm a little over. It's cold here so I think I'm going to be sticking to soup for a few days.
I also need to stick to my goal of working out 3-4 times a week. I have a treadmill so there is really no excuse.

Day 1 of a low carb diet. I think my biggest challenge is going to be artificial sweeteners. I drink a lot of coffee and tea, and I go through a lot of Splenda. I'm really going to focus on drinking more water and less coffee and tea...

Well, back to it. Took a week off from tracking and weighing..... My time of the month always throws me off. I missed a couple days of working out, but it could have been way worse...
