I find that I'm eating less and exercising more. My consumption of calories vary day by day however I'm a little disappointed that my fat and carb intake can be high at times. I'm starting to wonder if I can watch my calorie,carb and fat intake or will that task be impossible or frustrating? so far I'm loving my new workout rroutine and the inches that I'm losing so far. My focus is on my thighs, arms, back and abdominals.
