It is Friday. I started monitoring my progress on the site on Monday (though I technically started eating better last Friday).

I've been following through pretty well. I've been taking one green tea pill (150 mg green tea extract) three times a day. I haven't been watching my fat, carb, or sodium intake. I have been religiously watching my calorie intake though. I get 200 calories in the morning, 200 before I leave for work at noon, 200-400 at work on my break, 600 for dinner, and 200 for dessert. It has been working pretty well to keep me full. I still am getting a little hungry, but not so much that it breaks my will power. Hopefully after another week or two of maintaining this calorie count, that will go away to some degree.

I plan to weigh in officially on Monday, but I did a test weigh last night and was down a pound.
