I did a bad job this week... I stopped after 2 1/2 days... I am not sure what my deal is, but I got to get committed and lose it once and for all... I am starting again today.

Slept very well. I slept 7-8 hours and felt good this morning. My body is definately going through a detox so I am a little foggy but my energy is good. I weighed 162.2 this morning. <3.8 lbs :) I took my AM pill and 1 gold and 1 green Tone pill with my smart shake.

Slept well. My sleep was not disrupted by my new pill regime, which was great! I do need to allow for 7 hours of sleep to ensure my body has what it needs to work and exercise each day. I weighed 164.4 this morning. <1.6 lbs :) I took my AM pill and 1 gold and 1 green Tone pill. At lunch I took my daily complete pack with 1 gold and 1 green tone pill. I did 15 minutes of Leslie Samsones 4 Fast Miles and 7 of the starter workout exercises on the Total Gym. WHEW! I am tired! I finshed the evening by taking my PM pill, 1 gold and green Tone pills at 6 pm. Then I ate dinner at 6:30 pm.

Measurements: Chest=49; Waist=46; Hips=56; Arms=17; Thighs=34; Calves=18
Today I started the re-firm program from Complete Nutrition. I took the AM pill and the gold and green Tone pills for Breakfast with my SMART shake. Then I took the Complete pak with Lunch. I feel energized but not jittery. I love it!! I also cleaned the whole house and I had the energy to finsh and then go grocery shopping. I love this program. I hope I can go the distance this time and really make a life change and losse ALL the weight I need to lose. I finshed the evening by taking my PM pill, 1 gold and green Tone pills at 6 pm. Then I ate at 8 pm.
