I think my body hates me, lol. Yesterday was the start of my workout program and I was feeling a little under the weather, but still did the best I could. Today I feel even worse and its cardio day today. I will do it, but I know it won't be at full throttle. Grrrrrrr.

So today I start up my P90X3 and sort of looking forward to it. The last time I did this I lost 30lbs and that was without watching what I eat. I'm already at the weight that I was when I did P90X3 the last time, so kinda excited to see the results this time around.

Not a happy camper right now. It has been 3 weeks with no weight loss. I am doing well on sticking with my diet and yet still no loss. Monday I will be introducing a tougher workout, but I still think with the diet I should be losing weight. This is why I get so frustrated and quit diets, grrrrrr.
