So had been pretty sick last week and have not done any exercise since last Tuesday. Will be starting back up today since I am feeling much better. Won't get on the scale till next week, because I don't want to see what no exercise and super bowl did.
This week will also be very stressful, since a co-worker will be on vacation and guess who gets to do his job!!! Yup, that's right me. Always fun doing my job and his when he is not here. Will jump in here a little this week, but not as much as usual.

Well I am ok with staying just about the same. Usually when I add a vigorous workout to my routine I gain weight before I lose it. Doing P90X3 usually doesn't really show till week 3 or 4, so here is to seeing the results then.

still to go:
33.2 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Will be starting my 2nd week of P90X3 and excited, because my body doesn't hurt anymore from last week, lol. Hopefully will be able to get through more of the workout compared to last week. One step at a time.
