Hoping to hit 144 by the end of the month. Yesterday I had Three Cod chef's salad for lunch. Pork chops (milk brined) and roast cauli for dinner. Low carb. High fat. High protein.

The eating flan is going well. Still drinking too much. Going to try harder. 38" today.

First full day of the new plan. Piece of cake. Figuratively speaking. Woke at 9am. IF til noon. Cheeseburger on LC wrap. (400). Dinner at 5pm, beef and bean chili. So a decent LC day too. No snacking. 146. 38.
