What a horrible week! I have been bad. Too much coke and not really watching my points per day. I am going to start fresh from tomorrow. This excess fat will be off for summer in December!

Hi, this week has been awful! Although I haven't put anything extra on, I HAVEN'T lost anything either! I have had a sick husband at home and I haven't been able to stick to my diet properly. Well,he goes back to work on Monday and I have told him that I will stick to my diet and if he still wants to diet he is not allowed to cheat or I will do it on my own and then he can sort out his own supper!
Enough moaning, Good luck to everybody out there for the next week!

Well, I have been on my diet for 6 days now and I have managed to lose 0,6 kg! I am pleased with myself and I have managed to stay away from coke except for a glass today! Lets see what happens next week! Good luck and happy dieting to all dieters out there!
