HI, I am back after a terribly fattening Christmas and New Year. Well, it started a little earlier ( I last weighed in in Oct) and I was too embarresed to show my new weight!
Well, another year and I intend to be as good as gold! My husband is also on diet and he has started at 99,1 kg! He needs to lose about 18 kg.

Hi everybody! If anyone knows of good home exercises I can start to reduce my flabby upper arms I would apreciate it! I know I need to lose weight first to see it but perhaps this will help a bit!?!?
