I'm feeling as if I'm in control at the moment. I go to the obesity clinic on Monday 16th November so I'll record my weight when I come back. I don't feel that I can trust my scales as they say something completely different each time I step on them!
There's one thing I'm interested to find the answer to though. I had been drinking diet lilt to curb the sweet craving,however,my dentist told me not to drink it as it's bad for my teeth. I stopped drinking it for a couple of weeks then I thought," this is silly, I've cut out so many foods as they're bad for me ,that there's nothing satisfying left. So...I've bought some more but I'm aiming to drink only one can a day and only with a meal. I wonder if this is the cause of my loose clothes and if I'll expand again now I've started drinking diet lilt again? watch this space!

I've been reducing the foods I eat to easy to calorie count portioned food.I've also been eating the same foods each day so that I don't have to think about what to eat.I find that having more variety gives me more of a chance to binge.

I'm going to l & d hospital this afternoon to get weighed at the obesity clinic.my gp wants me to have weight loss surgery but I don't want to since being told that I'd have to stop binge eating first.I figured that this isn't happening 100% and I don't want to risk bursting my insides if I relapse!!
So I'm trying to lose the weight the old fashioned weight (again !) And counselling.watch this space!!☺
