Okay.....Day 1 is almost over!!!!! I made it through today at school
without
cheating!!!!! One of my students brought in birthday cupcakes, and I didn't eat any of it! That was really difficult for me! Tonight I am making beef stroganoff for dinner. I'm going to have my portion, but istead of noodles, I saw a recipe for zucchini noodles on this site. I'm going to try them. I'll let everyone know how they are! Right now I am ABSOLUTELY starving! I'm trying to stay busy so I don't blow it.

Hi! I'm new here! I saw my good friend, Marcia, a couple of nights ago, and she looked FANTASTIC!!!!!!! She mentioned how she was doing South Beach. I have tried EVERYTHING! I just can't seem to stick to anything. But, after seeing marcia, I am going to try this. Any and all ideas and thoughts are welcome!
