I just experienced a heart ache. I bought yogurt for snacks and breakfast. I bought simply nature from Aldi's thinking it would be the best one.....then i noticed it said whole milk. So I looked up the right one. way more calories then I thought. so all week when i thought i was doing so good, i wasnt doing as well as I thought. Dang it! lesson learned. dont rely on the computer for calories---look before you buy.

Day 5. still going pretty good with sticking to 1500 calories. slowly getting some exercise in there. with 5 kids living at home, and an injury to my wrist, it makes it difficult. cant wait to be able to do yoga again. Im to scared to weigh myself yet. I dont want to get discouraged if i see no loss. with it being just day 5 i dont expect to really see any benefit yet. I'm going to hold of until day 14, and hope to see at least a pound or to gone. :)

Day 2. not bad. I stayed under the 2000 cal. But i have a question--- If i work and say burn 200 cal, does that mean I can go over that 2000 for the day? I know stupid question. First time dieter here, and i want to lose, need to lose, 65 lbs so i can feel like myself again. I gained all this weight over three yrs time. Thank you for any help you can give me.....homemade chicken noodle soup, with no salt. hmmmm maybe i can do this!

so far so good. Its a little different looking at everything I eat and counting it. Right now i am so hungry and would be reaching for something to tide me over until dinner. But seeing my rdi percentage i am motivated to wait until dinner. Im feeling optimistic that i can actually do this.
