so 3 days of daily burn true beginner. yesterday was killer I was soooo sore. Today's wasnt that bad at all. I burned 199 cal. So I decided to do my favorite kind of exercise- yoga. Doing that with the other I burned 340 cal all together. I like yoga the best because of the deep breathing, and massage of sore muscles. I noticed my back doesn't hurt as much now- but my legs, and quads are sure getting there fair share of stretching and strengthening. Tomorrow marks my 14th day on fat secret and my new diet. I cant wait to get up in the morning and weigh in. (which I only will allow myself to do once a week). If I haven't lost much thats ok. I'm having fun I feel good about getting my body moving!!!! And then on Sat. I turn the big 40. I couldn't be more excited because I have started a new journey in life---its like I've been waiting my entire life for this. Feeling old? NO way!!! I feel reborn.

Welcome to a dear friend of my- my best friend and sister in law.
I Walked around my trailer park several times pushing my youngest daughter in the stroller. I am hoping it was at least I mile. I walked for thirty minutes. I had s nice decent sweat going on. Then I did a dumbbutt thing. I( decided while i was all warmed up why not mow the yard. as it being a trailer lot it isnt that big. I thought ok. no problem. I didnt even think about it being 80 degress. why thats not hot at all. I know I over did it. I way over heated----and of course i didnt stop to get a drink because i forgot my water bottle, and i didnt want to stop mowing because when you let go of the handle it dies. and it was hard for me to start. boy chalk this up to being rally idiotic. I walked into the house- almost blacked out and couldnt breathe. i gulped down some water and put my head under the running facet. I think next time I'll use the brain God gave me.

My Mom recommended a salad dressing that I can dip my fresh veggies into instead of peanut butter on my celery (which I didn't know naturally has its own salt, i have been avoiding salt like its the plague). She said weight watchers has a good homemade one. would any one happen to know that recipe?
on another note- I think i am doing really good. I had been drinking water with mio added. Its gotten pretty warm today so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. but I'm not craving my pop as much--and have been drinking plain old cold tap water. I dont know whats going on with the cravings- but hey I won't complain- that's for sure.
I have read some really neat journal entries this week. you cant imagine how good it feels to have normal people out there chatting about their lives, activities, and their diets. I swear I have never found more support anywhere else in the world. seriously I could cry. All of you are wonder beautiful people. May you all have a wonderful weekend....and one that helps you reach your goal!!!! keep it up everyone- WE GOT THIS!!!

Day 7. whoo hoo!!!!! wow one full week feels like ages since i started. I have been using a lot of recipes from this site. 75% of which my family doesn't mind eating with me. MY biggest problem is keeping the kids out of my fresh veggies and fruit. I have a big big cup of water (styrofoam that you get a fountain pop in)so that I can have the coldest water possible readily available. one of my sons got mad at me because I wouldnt give in to let him have a snack before dinner, and he punched a hole in it!!!! grr. Then I got into an argument with my daughter about sharing my strawberries and I ended up trowing them at my husband. wow talk about being moody.Does any one else experience irritability on their diet? Finally got some yoga in and some nice meditation afterwards. At least I'm feeling calmer now.
