I've been on this on and off BUT last night i had a melt down - i could not let my husband see me in the nude - my body is just so large - my beautiful 29 inch waist gone to 32- my 38 hips gone to 40 as well as my bust. I HAVE a BELLY - never before - I made a promise to myself that I have to take responsibility now. got my jillian micheals book wrote down today's date and today I MEAN BUSINESS. i am too young and beautiful to look so old and unhealthy and untrim. No alcohol for 30 days and exercise 45 minutes every day and no more junk food. kicking myself. and I will get back down to 135-138 lbs and get lean and toned.
I cannot blame menapause anymore. IT IS MY ATTITUDE that has to change. :)
breakfast: 1 cup kashi go lean cereal
1/2 skim milk and 2 scrambled eggs, black coffee and 16 oz of water
well, went to lunch with Brian Riley and the girls from work - Of course cheesecake factory - i was trying to be on my best behavior - had a tossed salad and ordered chicken picatta and just ate the chicken - i had no idea - it would be 1300 complete - since i didnt eat the pasta - i split the calories. OMG!!! and the salad 200 calories - OMG!!! Can go to that place - BUT i will not fret - drink lots of water and continue forward.
I think i have the flu - i feel horrible - chills going home to sleep

Well, I woke up today feeling rested and happy. Thought about my lunch and prepared it. Went to gym yesterday and danced zumba for 30 minutes - very vigorous workout - today i will try and stay at least 45 minutes at zumba. feeling happy, especially since my son (matthew) is there at the same time and gives us time to spend together.
have to get some tasks done (my mom) and (my Kevin's transcripts) - today, i will drink one more glass of h20 than yesterday.

Today, I weighed myself at 154.4. 12 lbs heavier than I was this time last year. I am 46 and had hysterectomy in 2009 but am now feeling the hormonal change and my old diet pills and binging and starving - not working. Bought a journal - signed up today here -joined the YMCA with my son - and will be doing fun exercise Zumba and New abs diet workout routine. Today is December 5, 2012. My goal for for the end of the month is to tone my body better, get into work out routine, eat healthier, and hopefully get to 149 lbs by first week of January 2013. I know I stress eat - so am going to work on my stress and feel better about myself. :)
and write in this log every day! until my birthday April 28, 2012 when I will be turning 47!
