I have been swallowed up by Ed. I panic every time a neighbor asks to borrow food. Afraid of discovery. On the other hand, running is coming along swimmingly. I did a 5K in my apartment in 40:27. I had to do the runs you see. One night I had three doughnut holes and the othe night a cheddar wurst and Cheezits. I had other stuff too but those were too much with the sandwiches. I have done better today. I can rest tonight. I may choose to run, but so far, not necessary to undo the screaming of Ed in my brain.

Slumped. Losing and lost. Converging into a cacophony of silent screams choked on sticky sweet popcorn coated in salt of the day. Losing ground with the mind in its glass splinters of reality turned lullaby of death. March forward with eyepatch on and other eye squinting through gray fog. Am I there yet?

Craziness of my town around fourth of July.
Two men get in a fight in the middle of the street. One yells. One yells louder and cusses. The other cusses back. One threatens. The other threatens back. Bus is coming down the road. Bus gets between the two. At the same time one man pulls gun and fires. Bullet enters the door of the bus, bounces around and stops. No one is hurt. Both men go to jail. Bus goes to shop. Passengers held up and transferred to another bus. Yay for beer and guns!
