I gained two pounds during Christmas week...Wooo Hoooo!
Yes, believe it or not, I am happy about gaining two pounds! LOL.
I actually was afraid to weigh myself and see a five pound or more gain since I didn't move much and I ate everything in sight!
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are ready to get back on track!

I told myself I will weigh in every Monday. After The CRAZY Thanksgiving week where I gained a lot, this Monday, I did ok and dropped a bit. I have been getting more exercise in, adding about an hour a night on my recumbent bike as I catch up on episodes of Homeland.
But I did jump on the scale and though I won't post it until Monday, I am doing well.

After a huge gain after the Thanksgiving holiday, I was shooting for a 4 to 5 pound loss. I figured a lot of it was water and massive amounts of carbs.
I didn't succeed with that but did drop 3.2 pounds this past week so onward I go.
