I took a vacation to celebrate my sons college graduation. Needles to say, I didn't exercise and enjoyed a lot of food and drink.
I am very proud of him, now a California State university of Fullerton graduate!
Then I flew to Dallas and had more fun. Tomorrow I'm back on a routine so should lose a bit of the 6 pounds I gained. Wish me luck.

I guess after being off this site for a while (since I got down to 201), it's time to get back on here after my weight creeping up to 223.7. I need some accountability I guess.

I had a goal this year to not monitor food or exercise or even weigh myself for that matter just to see how I would do. I basically did know how much to consume and how much I should exercise. The latter I know for a fact wasn't done as well as I would have liked and since my last check in here, I have gained 2.6 pounds.
I did weigh myself a couple of times these past few months but didn't log in. 2.6 pounds doesn't seem like a big gain but if you consider this every 4 months, that's almost 9 pounds a year! I do believe if I would have gotten my exercise in the way I planned, I would have lost weight.
I hope everyone is well and meeting or exceeding your goals!!!
