i feel very good today. i was so full after dinner tonight, we had so many vegetables, it was great.
Now just to exercise on a regular basis and i will do great.

I did great this week. I followed my meal plan, did exercise more than expected. I am feeling so good and want to keep going. Using the information and the journals is fantastic, makes you think about what you are eating.

Tomorrow I am starting all over again. I want to be at 165 again. Its a lot of weight to loose, I just so want to.
I also want to run and walk again faithfully. I always feel like a million dollars when I walk.
I am going to do it! Enough of being lazy!! I am going to do this!
