Feel blah and crabby. Not really fatigued, but not energetic either. I think this diet is lacking B vitamins, and I should probably be taking a supplement. Also, can't seem to get up to make it to gym for my workouts. :-(

2:21 - Started the Virgin Diet yesterday. Eliminated soy, corn, gluten, dairy, eggs, peanuts, sugar. Feel nauseous, gassy and bloated. Did not drink enough water, craving salt and carbs. Need to replace 2 meals/day with the smoothie, buying vegan protein powder and coconut milk for this purpose on my way home from work. Hopefully this will work.
