a bit up and down this week, but non the less, more down than up. Why does my motivation fly out of the window when I am having dinner with friends?

Well, two nights out in a row, not good for the diet but good for the soul.
Unfortunately, last nights was not a good choice, (not mine) but pasta, cheese, you name it, but didn´t put on too much, and I have lost weight in week 1. So bring on week 2. You know what they say, it is not where you start it is where you finish, and never give up.
Week 2 here I come.
