Water causing acid reflux?
Same thing happens to me ... if I drink plain water I get nausea followed by reflux. My doctor even thinks it is strange, says shes never heard of this and will research it. Anything else I drink plenty of with no problem whatsoever. Some one said that it may be that I don't have the right amount of acid in stomach...too much or not enough ? I don't know but it makes me crazy because I would like to up my water intake to see if it would speed up my weight loss.

Constipation issues
It's kind of expensive but Miralax works good and its non addictive for the bowel meaning the bowel doesn't become dependent on it. The flax MiM is also a great idea...worked wonders for me and I used to only have a b.m. 2 times a week...now with flax pretty much every day. I know tmi, but you asked Wink

LOOKING FOR IDEAS
It seems like alot of high calorie low carb food is dairy...so my suggestion of heavy cream would not be much different than the ice cream...I make a cup of coffee with mocha splenda pack and mix in half and half...about 200 to 300 calories of creamy warm goodness...with a caffeine boost.

Newbie Food Log Question
Another quick question does the site have a calorie calculator...something that could give me an estimate amount of calories not to go under/over to lose by my goal date and not burn muscle as opposed to fat. I am so confused because I hear 2600 cal per day from one site and 1330 a day from another...that's a lot of difference...eat the low and lose am I burning muscle instead of fat? Is i possible to burn muscle if you have fat to burn? Sooo confused but I am losing a little over a pound a week, just concerned about the burn muscle thing.
