I'm new at WW and would love a buddy. Anyone out there from No.Cal? I tried to delete all my old journals but couldn't figure out how. My goal is to be down to my goal weight of 135 lbs. by May 08. A goal isn't a goal until you write it down, until then it's a wish. So I'm writing it down now and the way to accomplish it is to get out and exercise and just follow my eating plan. Sometimes I may be having a bad day, feeling sorry for myself and then I'll see someone in a wheelchair and it's a good reality check. Today I am thankful for having my health even though I have aches and pains, I can walk! Thank-you Lord,

Maintaining this 1oss has been more because I've been a bit down with the stomach flu but I am a full size smaller so I am thankful. I have learned a lot about myself during this journey and will continue to work harder at my exercise. I enjoy the feeling of being lighter and imagining myself wearing shorts this summer and feeling good about it.
