I actually surprised I'm up only 3 lbs. I am back on my program now and feeling good about it. Today I will drink my water and move my body for at least 30 min.

The good news is that I'm not down at all this week but that I've havn't gained anything either. I've been naughty this week, snacking on wheat thins & pretzels. It's been a stressful week but seeing my weight remain stable encourages me because my past history with Atkins, you almost immediately regain any lost weight. I've not been below 170 in a long time so I may need to really up my exercise to get it to budge as well as stick to my new lifestyle of eating right. Certainly eating those carb filled snacks didn't make me feel better. Today is a new day and I get a fresh start.

170! This is huge for me. To be under 170 by this time next week would be wonderful. I'm so motivated by this plan. I feel great and have more energy.
