Halloween throw back. This year vs last year. It's only an 18 lb difference but this shirt fits completely different now.

I can't seem to shake these last lbs of water weight. I have been working out more and keeping my calories around 1200-1400. I am going to up my water because I don't think I am drinking enough water and see if it helps. That and one week has turned into two. Got to love birth control. 🙄

Week one of my workout program completed! Tomorrow is a rest day but I may go for a walk or do a light workout. 3 weeks to go!

This time of year is what gets me every time. One piece of candy turns into all the candy. Then Thanksgiving and Christmas roll around. I am not going to fall into that trap this year. I have 85% dark chocolate if I want something sweet. I will enjoy myself Thanksgiving and Christmas but with moderation. I have finally gotten back on track and am going to stick with it this time!
