Every day I focus on losing weight and then I forget all about it as the day goes on even to the point of "oh well, screwed up today, might as well let it be a total failure" as I binge on food hoping for a better start tomorrow. It's sickening and maddening!! I fear gaining more weight than I have ever weighed by this attitude. I need to something to help me stay consistent so I'm going to start journaling every time I feel out of control.
I'm also having some trouble with consistent exercise because I am having back problems. It's really frustrating to get started and then have these set backs.
I have set up an exercise & food plan that I will start following tomorrow. Part of my battle is never planning my foods out on paper so I have bought a 21 day food plan to help me with this.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds by February 14 for my sister's wedding. Hopefully with this short term goal I can build up my strength and confidence both on the inside and outside.

Day 59. Need to reduce my caloric intake. Gonna have to find foods that are lower calorie or work out more. Today will stick with fish and salad.

Just starting this. Need something to keep me focused. I don't necessarily need to lose weight, just feel better when I am toned up so that is my goal.
