I am feeling sick and depressed today as I feel like I am loosing my real self in this big body of mines. I need stop saying I am going to do this then don't. Are you really tired of being fat?? The is the reall question to my self so yes this is a me talk. Starting today no more excuses.

I had my consultation with my personal trainer and it felt so good to be exercising again. I am looking forward to the long term goal,hard work and dedication that lays ahead.
