Good afternoon to all ;)
I had no idea how many freaking carbs were in vegetables. I knew they were carbs but jeez. I know they are Good carbs as opposed to a raw roll of pills bury chocolate chip cookie dough and a pint of Ben and jerrys. I get that. But it's only lunch and I'm at 31!!!! Net is 24!!! What the heck? So based on that no more veggies today and I am having chicken wrapped in bacon for dinner!

Hellooooo boys and girls!
I feel much better today despite that I ate the rest of that pie and MnMs last night. Felt soooo super groggy and terrible and exhausted and stuffy like a head cold which only came on when I ate sugar! So today I am net 14 carbs so far and will try LCHF for a bit and see how it goes since SBD didn't do anything. I feel fine today, not hungry. My new favorite thing is a plate full of spinach with turkey pepperoni and cheddar on top like pizza. Microwave. Yum.

Good Evening All,
So as of posting time last night I had not yet landed face first into a lemon pie - oh - but then I did. I baked it. I freaking love baking. I ate a quarter of it. All things being equal that is not so bad. A large serving. That was last night.
And today it's gone :)
Between breakfast and lunch and dinner and yup ALL gone. Sigh.
I did eat good breakfast, lunch and dinner though, and almost have 50 ounces of water in - not enough not enough, if I drink more I eat less...it's like I go for a few days and just can't get it right - and then I get back on track.
I did notice today, however, that I was sluggish, confused, out of it, bloated, stuffed and sad...hmmm...evil sugar. And yet I keep eating it...
Haven't done any toning exercise either in a few days.
