Pretty much gave up any carbonated beverage. That was possibly the biggest contributing factor to my recent weight loss. I am plateau-ing, so once it starts warming up again, I will have to start exercising more. I decided to actually search out budget friendly healthy meals that aren't just salads, and I have found a few, it just takes so much longer to cook them.
