Hi I am 50 years old. I am currently doing a hybrid of Keto/HCG diet. I cheated on the HCG after losing 15 lbs in 15 days.I stalled for four days and gained 4 lbs :(
So I did some research on the KETO diet and HCG. One company said it was possible to do both, however, I could not find any one who had attempted this. I was kinda mad at my HGC diet lol! So thought I would be the first to try them both together. I lost 3 lbs the very next day! 70 fat grams, 20 protein, 23 carbs 1100 calories. This is what I ate: 1 c. mushrooms, 1/2 c sweet onions, 4 eggs,1 1/4T coconut oil, 1T butter 4T low-fat half & half (the best!!!in coffee 2 cups),4 strawberries, beef jerky 2 oz, wedge salad with blue cheese and dressing 1/4 cup Colby jack cheese. I felt like I was on top of the world! This is day two and I had 24 carbs, 1200 calories, 51 proteins, 101 fats, we will see in the morning if I pushed it too much. I will tweak it until I find the perfect combination. Tune in a see the results! This could be a major break through in easy weight loss!
