I just saw pictures of myself on facebook from my parent's mothers day gathering. I need to get serious about getting healthy. I think that it's time to start making small goals instead of big goals. I think my current goal will be to lose 5 pounds by my trip to Savannah on June 1st. I think that is manageable, and if I watch my portion sizes that should be the trick. I'd like to limit my calories to 1300 and my net carbs to 20.
