During the last few months I really ignored my diet and gained 11 lbs, yuck, I have started a new 1500 calorie diet and trying to exercise more, I am having knee replacement early next year, so some exercises are out, but I do as much walking as opposable, my dog Cocoa loves getting out more than just to go potty, so my A1C is currently 6.6, I am on no meds for Diabetic, I am just on a Diet & Exercise to control it. I ready to lose Weight!

It has been quite a while since my last weigh in , I had gotten all the way up to199lbs, last weigh in at the dr office I weighed 180lbs. Last week I had Kidney Failure and was in the Hospital for 4 days. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, I saw my regular Doc on Tuesday this week after blood work I was diagnosed with Very Low Magnesium and I have symptoms of that as I report. I wanted to let everyone know THat I was on Prilosec daily for my Gerd and That medicine caused my Kidney failure!!! If anyone you know who is taking Prilosec daily the Should just take as needed something I was never told!!! I hope I have helped others!!!:)Back On my diet and will begin to report often, I love this sight it has helped me in the past and I am looking forward to better health and weight loss!!!:)

I got sick and eventually had surgery to remove my gallbladder, and I had stopped dieting. But, I have started my diet today and I joined the YMCA last month, sio I am now on my diet and Going to the GYM to excercise!!!:)
