Anyone Started Ideal Protein??? I want to help!!
Howdie!! Just started IP myself about 6 days ago, lost 4 lbs already (could just be the absence of junk and beer haha). So far so good, the food is pretty good-- although it's been a really tough week (all my friends were down for our husband's ball hockey tourny...brutally hard to not partake in beer and pizza etc etc etc) but I'm proud of myself, I did it. not one cheat. I really am looking for "support" though, as my hubby's family is naturally thin (seriously, they have "that" gene, sooo luckY) and all of my friends are taller and thin, whereas I just have a harder time I've found. So I'm all up for being part of a cheer section. Though I've never done "fourms" before, is this how this works, I just...go on here every time and type. I'm technologically illiterate.
