Howdie!! Just started IP myself about 6 days ago, lost 4 lbs already (could just be the absence of junk and beer haha). So far so good, the food is pretty good-- although it's been a really tough week (all my friends were down for our husband's ball hockey tourny...brutally hard to not partake in beer and pizza etc etc etc) but I'm proud of myself, I did it. not one cheat. I really am looking for "support" though, as my hubby's family is naturally thin (seriously, they have "that" gene, sooo luckY) and all of my friends are taller and thin, whereas I just have a harder time I've found. So I'm all up for being part of a cheer section. Though I've never done "fourms" before, is this how this works, I just...go on here every time and type. I'm technologically illiterate. Sad

Yep, you have to stay focused and dedicated. Maybe set smaller goals, so they don't see too overwhelming. If you cut out refined sugar, your body stops craving it and things that have natural sugars ...
