Did fantastic at the gas station this morning when I bought gas without going inside and struggling with the doughnuts, breakfast pizza and chocolate muffins. At work today despite the free cookie announcement from the break room and the teams nearby who had food out I succeeded as well. I also found a stash of quarters in my desk for emotional vending machine eating that I had forgotten about. I messaged my husband about my cravings and he helped support good decisions :)

The end of the day came around and I stuffed a silver dollar pancake in my mouth. No reason. They were sitting out on a break room table, cold, plain... but free. I didn't even have a chance to think about it. Shit.

Went grocery shopping which is one of main triggers. I stared at the chocolate covered bulk candies and nuts. I wandered by the baked goods a couple of times sizing up my old friend (four piece fresh baked cinnamon rolls) before grabbing desperately at a grilled chicken Caesar wrap. I *thought* it would be better and if I was going to eat, this was the best. After I got home and entered it here I came to find out that this wrap was 50g of carbs (two day's worth of allowance). Damn it.

Tomorrow, we try again.
