I lost 2 lbs!!! Yay! Not only 2 lbs but my measurements have improved too! This is just what I needed to keep me motivated! Normally when I diet and exercise I don't lose weight but just feel smaller, it's great to actually see #'s go down... yay me :)

Day 1... Did pretty good today, ate well and exercised... how can you not do good on day 1 tho... hoping if i record everything i will think more about my food choices and will exercise more because i want something to record!
