Still no result :/ hope there will be some progress in the future! Also completed my research on liposuction alternatives and it seems that there are painless option that can fit in my case! I am supposed to be an ideal candidate for these treatments because i need to cut only a few pounds of local fat (tummy)! Probably i will give it a go!

Hello people, hello fatsecret.com!

This is my first post here! Yeaaah! I am excited.. such friendly interface indeed!

So today i had a banana and a toast (turkey and gouda) and a cappucino in the morning.. a huge salad for launch and an orange juice in the afternoon.. If following a balanced diet that includes carbs, fibers, proteins and fat i believe that i will achieve my goals!
