This is definitely the hardest part of the year for me as far trying to lose weight goes. So far I've done really well. Thanksgiving is at my house this year, so the next couple of days will be busy. No more fast food for this girl. Boy have I felt so much better.

Good news. My cholesteral is borderline high. The dr said with weightloss and eating right it will go down. Being high at all isn't good, but at least its not really bad and I don't need meds! I'm starting to like the treadmill. I usually get bored so easy on it, but I've been jogging a little and messing around with the elevation. I get a good workout. I'm going to add to my workouts though, and start using the weight machines.

Well my work out buddy (my husband's aunt) and I are no longer talking. Long story short she said some comments about my sister's gf and my sister-in-law, and I just couldn't deal with the negativity anymore. I feel really happy now. I feel like a lot of times people wait until they are a lot older to let go of the negative people in their lives. I'm glad I did this now. I didn't realize what a negative crowd I was associating with. I feel good. I got a letter from my dr about my blood work. It said my lipids were abnormal. So I'm just waiting to hear back from her. I'm back to eating right and going to the gym. I'm only 30, I'm way to young to have any kind of health issues that are of my own doing. Today I plan to some reasearch to see what I should be eating to get my cholesteral levels down. I hope you all have a good weekend and stay warm!!
